Fish & Green Chips

I love fish and chips. So british, so beautiful ah. Me and my Uncle (Or rather my uncle and I..) are always in search for the best fish n chippy in town. For him, a trip back to Cardiff is incomplete until we've stopped off at one of the locals. We'll get a classic or sometimes curry and chips, another banger in our books! Obviously this isn't something you can eat every day, especially if your on the ever lasting search for those abs. It's a shame but your average fish and chips will set you back a massive 1,385 cals. I don't know about you, but that's not a hit I want to take. Instead of ommitting this quintessentially british dish from my diet, I've found a way around it. A shortcut I hear you ask?! why yes, we've found ourselves a cheat
