Travel | Interraling Prague 2014

Interrailling was one of the best holidays I have ever done. Travelling aimlessly around Europe, enjoying the sites and eating at every stop was a dream. Not having to plan where we were going next, just hopping on and off trains and deciding our destinations city to city. It's an incredible freedom that you have to experience. Prague had to be on the list, we couldn't pass through without seeing it. If we had more time, it would have been amazing to take a couple nights at a hostel. But instead we explored for 3hours on our way. The currency Czech crowns, is in mind blowingly large quantities. 100 to 5000! It looks a little daunting at first but you get used to it. There's a beautifully quaint vibe to Prague emanating from the locals and the stone paths, that welcomes you in with bustling music and sweet smelling pastries flowing from outdoor bakery displays into the small cobbled streets. It's such an ornate town the buildings are embellished with pride. While the churches stand tall and dark. Romantic and Gothic the spurs stand tall.  We love you Prague.
