Recipe | Raw Cookie Dough


I know your probably half questioning what life is right now. Half wondering how quickly you can make this. Let me tell you the answer, is dangerously fast. Mwahahaha! The era has finally come where eating half made, half finished dessert is perfectly acceptable. Not only that, it seems we've purposely cut out the cooking bit because, ppfff f*** it. Why not?? Eating the batter off the whisk was always a guilty pleasure for me. Mama please! Can I clean the whisk off! When I moved in with the Bulgarian, we soon found out that there we're more raw things to be eaten. Namely cake and bread dough. It has a strangely satisfying fermented, yeasty nom. It's nice! But anyway, this gooey, sweet treat is amazing. Try it, you'll put on a stone over night ;) Bake it, don't bake it. Your good either way. Trust.

  • 113g Butter (oil, vegan)
  • 70g Brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Choc Chips
  • 2 Tbsp milk (soya)
  • 1 Tsp vanilla essence (optional)
  • 1 Cup flour
  • Pinch of salt
  1. MIX!

  1. Cream butter and sugar together.
  2. Add milk, salt and flour.
  3. Stir in vanilla, choco chips & any extra flavours!
  4. Bake at 180c for 15 minutes if want cooked.
